It Doesn’t Pull Punches Nor Sugarcoat

As I’ve stated above, the book details the fine, often tedious, details of this type investigation. It is well written. It explains the rationale for the procedures used without insulting the reader’s intelligence…at least in my opinion. It doesn’t pull punches nor sugarcoat. Readers should be forewarned, it does contain graphic details and crime scene photography. If you’re into crime drama, it’s a must read!

Quick, Compelling Read

I just finished In Cold Blood and decided to read this after seeing it a few months ago. The summary says it all – are the murders of these families merely parallel or done by the same men? Quick, compelling read – recommend if you’ve read IN COLD BLOOD.

This book was fantastic. Keyes was not like any other serial killer. He controlled the entire process.

“Keyes was not like any other serial killer. He made the investigators work for the details that they wanted. He seemed to be controlling the entire investigation. The police and FBI had to do it his way if they wanted any information.
The author, JT Hunter, is a very skilled author. It is obvious that he does complete research before writing books. I have read several books by Hunter, they are all complete and accurate.
The book was well written and kept you involved in the story and all of the known victims. I also enjoyed the update of the families at the end telling you where they are now. I hope to be able to see the movie when it comes out.

J.T. Hunter’s latest book is his best! The easy flowing prose with an interesting, but tragic, story encourages you to keep reading till the very end. Love the song and poem references preceding each part of the book. Also very interesting to learn the eventual outcomes for the individuals involved.
Will be eagerly awaiting J.T. Hunter’s next book!
